It was a prime choice for a quick trip in Berlin with good price value. The bathroom was in good condition, which stood out. Try to ask for a quieter room away from the street noise.

Hotel very well located in a quite quiet neighborhood, with a U-Bahn (U2) stop just 10 meters from the door with an excellent connection to the main attractions of the city and, if the weather is good, you can go on foot, a walk of about 10-15 minutes (highly recommended) and enjoy this wonderful city. A 5 minute walk from Club Tresor, if you make the trip to Tresor it can be a good option to really rest. Really spacious and very warm rooms (you don't know how cold Berlin is), with everything you need for your stay and with daily room service. Large and clean bathroom, they do not replace your towels daily unless you ask for it because they follow a policy of environmental protection. . The room has a Handy (mobile phone), so you can use it every day of your stay with unlimited data and free calls to local phones and to almost every country in Europe, with an application that offers discounts for different tourist attractions, possibility of buying tickets in advance, maps application, tourist guides... A good way to save on data and calls despite roaming. The hotel offers daily two beers and two bottles of water (one with gas and one without gas) that they replenish in the minibar of the room, totally free. In addition, every morning in the hotel lobby you can get a hot cup of coffee for free. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly.
It's not really a hotel thing, and even though we were aware of the dates we were staying, the only negative thing was the guests in the next room, who were having a pre- and post-New Year's Eve party in the hotel room. The hotel staff was always very attentive to our complaints as much as possible

hotel is very good, clean and well located. Although Berlin is large and you have to use public transport to get to know it well, hotel allows you to go to many interesting areas on foot (museum island, Alexandre Platz, etc. With a stop right in front of it, you can get around easily by metro and room is very big and clean. Spacious beds, desk and table, sofa... In the minibar they put a couple of bottles of water and two beers a day for free, they keep your luggage for you once you have checked out (as was our case). That is, more than correct, good. very good quality and price.
I wouldn't know what to say... The decoration, perhaps, is very classical and "stately"... But, well, to say the least... it's not what mattered most to us on a trip like this.

The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent directions to local attractions.
It should be noted that there is no air conditioning in the rooms, which can be uncomfortable during warmer months.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and good value. The location was ideal, next to a U-bahn station.
Breakfast a little expensive and wi-fi didn't work in my room, but I was able to use wi-fi in the breakfast room.

Let's start with the room. I mean who doesn't love a bad shower, dusty wardrobes, and peeling wallpaper? No a/c? Really? I expected some sort of welcome gift, not just a mediocre experience. Almost woudl ve been good, but just couldn't. Do they treat everyone like this? I could barely get a decent night's sleep!

There was a training room even though it was small. A station was just front of hotel. It was very convenience.
They did not change the towel even though I put them in the shower room. There was not bath tub, I expected it as they are 4 star hotel. The room was too dry to sleep well. I wanted a humidifier. They served 2bottle of beer and water, but only the first night. I stayed 4nights...feel a bit unfair. The TV did not work in the training room.

Good quality hotel, convenient location for visiting central Berlin and the museum island in particular. Across the street from an underground station. Hotel has a very good Indian restaurant.
Heating in the room had not been switched on when we arrived.

During my stay in the Business Double Room, I appreciated the well-designed kitchenette which allowed for quick meals after visiting local microbreweries. Each day, complimentary beers and water delighted me, providing a refreshing treat after long city walks. Though the room lacked air conditioning, fans helped combat the heat.
